Galerie Mont The chariot of Jupiter between Justice and Piety – Noël-Nicolas Coypel^ Coypel

This work by Noël Coypel has great decorative and historical value. In the famous Palace of Versailles, it adorns the ceiling of the Queen’s Guard room after having been in the former King’s Corner Cabinet. It shows Jupiter, the Roman god of the earth and sky, riding through the air in his chariot.
